Duckhorn Portfolio Inc Annual Shareholders Meeting Transcript
Good morning. I'm Alex Ryan, President, Chief Executive Officer, and Chairman of the Board of Directors of The Duckhorn Portfolio, Inc. It is my pleasure to call to order and welcome you to our 2022 Annual Meeting of Stockholders. This is our inaugural annual meeting, and although we would have loved nothing more than to host our shareholders here in Napa Valley, we're very pleased that our stockholders are able to attend the meeting online. This virtual format provides greater access to the meeting by our stockholders and provides a platform for all of you to vote and ask questions.
I'm also pleased to welcome Sean Sullivan, our Chief Administrative Officer, General Counsel, and Corporate Secretary, who will be providing updates throughout the meeting today. We also have here with us, Ms. Jaime Jones of PricewaterhouseCoopers, the Company's independent registered public accounting firm, and Ms. Elsie Fletcher of Broadridge Financial Services, who will serve as our Inspector of Elections at today's meeting.
