Hello, everyone. My name is Terrence Moorehead. I'm the President and Chief Executive Officer of Nature's Sunshine Products Inc. As it's just after 10 a.m, I hereby call this annual meeting to order.
I will be presiding over this meeting and acting as Chairman of the Meeting.
