NovaBay Pharmaceuticals Inc Annual Shareholders Meeting Transcript
Welcome to the 2023 Annual Meeting of Stockholders of NovaBay Pharmaceuticals. It is now 11:00 AM Pacific Time, and the meeting will please come to order. My name is Justin Hall and as CEO and General Counsel and as a Director, I will preside over this meeting and serve as its Chair and Secretary.
I would now like to introduce you to other members of our Board of Directors and guests: Paul Freiman, Chair of the Board of Directors and Chair of the Compensation Committee; Julie Garlikov, a Director; Swan Sit, a Director; Bob WU, a Director; Jeff Zheng, a Director and Chair of the Audit Committee and Chair of the Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee; and Sean Zheng, a Director.
