All right, everybody. Time to move on to our next presentation. Very pleased to have Mike Roman, CEO of 3M. As you recall, Mike took over as CEO in July of 2018, but he's got an over 30-year career at 3M. And we're very, very happy to have him here today.

All right. Thanks, Joe. I'll try and bring everybody back together. It's great to be back at EPG. I'm going to share with you a few updates, and then we'll get to Q&A.
So let me start with Q2. And just I'll start right here, Q2 for us trending in line with expectations, and what does that mean? It means organic growth and underlying earnings, we expect those to be similar to Q1. Similar story when you look at our businesses and our end markets. Our Health Care and Consumer businesses are doing well. We remain cautious, I would say, on China, automotive and electronics.
