Good morning. Thank you for joining us today. I'm Ross Fowler, North America power and utilities analyst at UBS. And today, I'm pleased to be joined by Rebecca Kujawa, who is CFO and EVP of Finance at NextEra Energy for a fireside chat.

You raised earnings estimates and reestablished your growth rate off the 2021 numbers.
