Good afternoon, or good morning for those of you connecting from the U.S. This is Paolo. It's very nice to find you again in the new year. Welcome to our full year results, preliminary results call for 2020. As usual, I'm here with Bernardo Mingrone, our CFO; and Stefania Mantegazza, who's leading Investor Relations and a few other members of our team. As we've done in the recent past, we will be covering our results.
