Well, good morning, everybody, and a warm welcome to NewRiver's full year results presentation.
Let me start by saying that we regard this as a best-in-class set of operating results, especially given the tough market conditions. We have significant growth opportunities as demonstrated by our announcement this morning of a new joint venture with funds managed by PIMCO. And given the confidence we have in our market positioning, the strength of our balance sheet and our growth opportunities, we have held our dividend as we have a clear path to reestablishing cover. So for today's presentation, I'm going to start with a market backdrop, then explain why we believe we are well positioned and how we are going to capitalize on the market opportunities by leveraging off our sector-leading asset management platform. I'll then take you through the key highlights before handing over to Mark who will take you through the financial highlights and also provide an operating update on our pub business.
