Thank you, operator, and good morning, everyone. I'm Arlen Nordhagen, the Executive Chairman of the Board of National Storage Affiliates Trust and a candidate for reelection. I'd like to call the 2020 annual meeting of shareholders to order, and welcome all of you to the meeting, which we are holding virtually for the first time due to the public health impact of the coronavirus outbreak and in an effort to support the health and safety of our shareholders.
