All right. We'll go ahead and get started. Very glad that Norfolk Southern is joining us again at the conference this year, so thanks for being here.
To my left is Alan Shaw, representing the company. He's EVP and Chief Marketing Officer. And I'm going to let Alan get things started with a brief update on the business. There's a lot going on, so he can fill us in on the latest. And then we'll get into Q&A.

We're making a lot of progress on our operating transformation and our pricing to the value of our product, our yield management focus. You look at it, we had a really good third quarter. We set a record for third quarter operating ratio. And year-to-date, we've got a record low operating ratio. And we've -- and it extended a string of 15 consecutive quarters of year-over-year
