Dear shareholders, I am Valde Varghese, Company Secretary of your company. And it is my pleasure to welcome you all to the 29th Annual General Meeting of the company, which is being held through video conference, in accordance with the relevant guidelines issued by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs and SEBI.
Before we commence the formal proceedings, I would like to apprise you of certain aspects which are relevant and are required for the smooth conduct of this meeting. This meeting through video conference is being administered and facilitated by the moderator, who, in order to ensure smooth and seamless proceedings, has by default placed all the attending shareholders on mute.
Once the question-and-answer session starts, name of the shareholders who have pre-registered themselves as speakers will be announced one by one. And such speaker-shareholder would then be put on an unmute mode.
