Thank you very much, and thank you, and welcome to everybody on the call. It was a very satisfying quarter 2 FY '24 for Titan Company and its subsidiaries. The actual results are up there for you to see, and I would just like to talk about one important development during the quarter and that was the decision of Titan Company to acquire the stake of our joint venture partner Mithun Sacheti in the CaratLane Private Limited Company. And that was decided in the -- around the 20 of August and the work subsequent to that is under process.
