Hello to everyone. It is my pleasure to welcome you to the 2021 Annual Meeting of Stockholders of Natera, Inc. My name is Matthew Rabinowitz. I'm the Executive Chairman of Natera.
We are holding this meeting virtually in light of the public health impact of the COVID-19 pandemic to support the health, safety and well-being of our directors, management, stockholders and community.
