Good afternoon and welcome to the Nevro Corp.'s 2019 Annual Meeting of Stockholders. I would now like to introduce Nevro's General Counsel, Kashif Rashid, who will be talking you to -- taking us through today's meeting.
Welcome everyone. Thank you for joining us today. In accordance with our bylaws, I will act as chairperson and secretary of this meeting.
As in 2018, we are hosting our annual meeting virtually, which we believe allows us to be more inclusive and reach a greater number of our stockholders who are attending the meeting via the web portal.
As is our custom, we will conduct the business portion of our meeting first and answer questions at the end of the meeting. Though we may not be able to answer every question, we will do our best to provide a response to as many as possible.
