Thank you. Good morning, everyone, and thank you for us on this call. This is Simon Haslam, CEO of Network International. And joining me is Rohit Malhotra, our CFO. We are thrilled to be talking to you today about the proposed acquisition of DPO, the largest online commerce platform operating at scale across Africa, which offers online and mobile money payment services to over 47,000 merchants. Rohit and I will spend a short time walking through the main aspects of the acquisition, and then we'll get into Q&A.
