Nuix Ltd Annual Shareholders Meeting Transcript
Good morning, everyone. Thank you for coming out on a beautiful day here in Sydney, and welcome to the Nuix 2022 Annual General Meeting. My name is Jeff Bleich, and I'm the Chairman of Nuix. I want to begin today by acknowledging the Gadigal people of the Eora nation, traditional custodians of the land on which we are meeting today, and pay my respects to their Elders past, present and emerging. I also extend that respect to the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people here today. It's now 10 a.m., the appointed time for the holding of the meeting, and I'm advised that a necessary quorum is present. I therefore declare the Annual General Meeting open.
Now before we proceed with the meeting, I've got a couple of quick housekeeping points. I'd appreciate it if everyone turned off their mobile phones and place them in silent mode.
