Good afternoon, everyone. I'm Murray King, Board Chair at LIC. Welcome to the 2023 Annual Meeting. Actually, we were back here in 2015. I think was the last time we were here in Ashburton. Firstly, I'd just like to acknowledge, I recognize it's a really busy time of year. These events are always difficult to find appropriate time to run them. So I appreciate your attendance here, nevertheless. There's a couple of housekeeping matters we will just knock off. I'd like to say we're running online as well. So you -- it's not just the audience here, there will be people joining virtually as well. And we've run that procedure for the last couple of years, which seems to work reasonably well.
