Shareholder value creation remains a steadfast focus of the Board. When we last addressed you at our Annual Shareholders Meeting in June 2020, the NZME share price was $0.31. As we gather today, I would note the share price at market close yesterday was $0.80. While this is pleasing progress, there's plenty more work to be done. And there are several areas that I would like to discuss with you that we, as a Board, have determined will create the ongoing delivery of continued shareholder value creation.
