Thank you. Well, welcome, everybody, and thank you for your interest and time today. The purpose of this call is to give you a quick update and to take any questions that you may have in relation to the management changes that we've announced today. We have also released to the market some material regarding the financial position of the business, which we regard as positive. That will be the subject for analysts and investors, et cetera, of a number of calls over the next couple of days within the coverage of the UBS conference. So we don't intend to address any detail on that today, but I just want to say in introducing it that the Board view is that the numbers, the trading numbers reflect the positive position of the business.
