Synlait Milk Ltd Annual Shareholders Meeting Transcript
Good afternoon, everyone, and thank you for joining us. I'm Hannah Lynch, Synlait's Head of Corporate Offers and Brand.
Before our Chair, John Penno, opens today's meeting, I will explain how to participate in Synlait's annual meeting, which is being held in person here in Christchurch and online. Voting today will be conducted via poll for all items of business. To provide online attendees with enough time to vote, we will now open the online voting for all resolutions. To vote online, click on the vote tab, select your preferred option. And once your vote has been cast, a tick will appear. You can vote for all resolutions at once or by each resolution. There is no submittals in button. Once you have selected an option, your selection is automatically recorded, and you can change it at any time up until voting closes.
