Thank you. Good morning. My name is Jean-Yves Laliberte. I am Chairman of Orbit Garant Drilling Inc. I am pleased this morning to welcome you to the Annual Meeting of Shareholders of the company. As is our custom, this meeting will be conducted in English as a courtesy to all the company's shareholders, many of whom are resident outside of Québec.
