Ladies and gentlemen, good morning. Dear shareholders, welcome to the ISS Annual General Meeting 2022. My name is Niels Smedegaard, and I am the Chair of the Board of Directors. We've been looking forward very much to this day, and we are happy that we are able to invite you all here physically.
For the past 2 years, the Annual General Meeting has been conducted virtually. And therefore, it's great we finally are able to come together here in Copenhagen. With that being said, I would also like to welcome all of you who are following the Annual General Meeting via our webcast.
Safety is a very important focus area in ISS. And we start all of our board meetings with a brief safety moment. Today, that means in the very unlikely event of, for instance, a fire here, that exit is through the 2 doors in the back of this room. You just go around the wall and there you will find 2 exits marked with green, and that's where we will all calmly and quietly go if a situation occurs.
