Good morning, everybody, and thank you all for listening in to our earnings call for the third quarter of 2021. My name is Soren Skou. I'm the CEO of A.P. Moller Maersk, and I'm joined today by our CFO, Patrick Jany; and Vincent Clerc, the CEO of Ocean & Logistics. Vincent will provide some details and insights into the acquisition within Logistics & Services that we have also announced today.
Now the third quarter of 2021 was again a quarter where we saw a significant impact to our business and performance by the continuation of the exceptional market situation in Ocean and across the supply chain. High demand by consumers, particularly in the U.S., combined with lack of labor in Ports & Warehouses and particularly lack of truckers in many markets have led to congestion and bottlenecks across.
