Good afternoon, everyone. I'm Dan Smith, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Orion Engineered Carbons S.A. I would like to welcome you to the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders of the company. In addition to me, other directors of the company are present at Annual General Meeting of Shareholders, including Ms. Kerry Galvin, Ms. Mary Lindsey, Mr. Paul Huck; Mr. Yi Hyon Paik, Mr. Didier Miraton, Mr. Hans-Dietrich Winkhaus. And Mr. Corning Painter, who is also CEO of the company. I also welcome Mr. Jeff Glajch, the CFO of the company; Dr. Christian Eggert, the General Counsel of the Orion Group; and Mr. Carsten Opitz, the company's legal adviser on Luxembourg law matters who are all physically present at the meeting venue here in Luxembourg.
