So good morning, everyone, and welcome to Citycon's Full Year 2020 Results Audiocast. We have today published our 2020 financial statements. These can be found from our web page under the Investors section, as usual.
My name is Laura Jauhiainen, and I'm the Vice President, Strategy and Investor Relations at Citycon. And with me in the audiocast today, you have our CEO, Mr. Scott Ball; and our CFO and Executive Vice President, Mr. Eero Sihvonen.
