Thank you, Paul. Ladies and gentlemen, I'm Ronny Yakov, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the OLB Group Inc. and the Chairman of this meeting. I hereby call this 2022 annual meeting [to] stockholders. On behalf of my fellow officers and directors, it is my pleasure to welcome you at this annual meeting.
