Good afternoon, and thank you for joining us today. I am Randall Lipps, Chairman, President, CEO and Founder of Omnicell. I'm very happy to welcome you to Omnicell's 2022 Annual Meeting of Stockholders. We want to thank all of you for taking the time to join us today, and hope you are safe and well.
