Everybody, let's get started with the second presentation of the day. We're honored to have ON Semiconductors management here, Keith Jackson who is the President and CEO as well as Bernard Gutmann who is the CFO of the company.
So as I am doing, Keith, with every company, especially the broad-based folks like yourself, just want to first just kind of touch on the macro side of things. Not that you guys have necessarily any better view on tweets and trade resolution than anyone else, but we just look at from a high level your third quarter guidance in the last call was cautious again, sub-seasonal again. How are you looking at this from a demand versus inventory perspective. And we're almost approaching a year of this weakness, not necessarily for ON, but for the industry as a whole. They don't -- down-ticks don't tend to last longer than that, but people have been waiting for the upturn for a few quarters now and it doesn't really show any signs of occurring. So how are you feeling about the macro side of things right now?
