Oneview Healthcare PLC Extraordinary Shareholders Meeting Transcript
Good morning, ladies and gentlemen. My name is Joe Rooney, and as Chairman, I'm very happy to welcome everyone present here in Dublin as well as those dialing in to this Extraordinary General Meeting of Oneview Healthcare Plc. The time is now 7 a.m., and as there is a quorum present, I declare the meeting open.
Let me begin by introducing my fellow board members. With me here in Dublin is James Fitter, CEO and Executive Director; and Patrick Masterson, the Company Secretary. We're joined by phone by Mark McCloskey, President, Founder and Board Member of Oneview; and we're also joined by various members of the company's senior management team here in Dublin, including John Kelly, the Chief Financial Officer.
The purpose of today's meeting is to consider the resolutions as set out in the notice of the EGM sent to shareholders on the 11th of April 2019. However, before we get to the formal business of the meeting, I would like to update you on the status of the capital raise announced by
