We're not an African company. Although we are looking at projects here, which is why we're in town. Otherwise, Cape Town's a nice place to be.
Orosur's not a new company. It's been a mining company for 20 years. It ran a gold mine in Uruguay for 20 years, mined about 1.5 million ounces.
And that mine came to about a sad end in 2017 and '19. So the company is being transitioned back from a miner back to being explored, which is the community -- the cat today.
Read all that.
Capital structure, 190 million shares. More or less cash balance 4.2 million. And we're trading on both the TSX and the AIM Market. Market cap today, about GBP20 million, about CAD30 million.
The history, as I said, Uruguay, 20 years of production, 1.5 million ounces. That came to a rather sad end. The mine probably ran a bit too long. The -- and there wasn't enough thought given to the replacement project.
There was a key -- a good project in Colombia, but as the mine near it, it ended, it couldn't be funded. So that project
