So today, I am pleased to present Peter George, Executive Chairman; Mark Plampin, Chief Financial Officer; and Septima Maguire, incoming Chief Financial Officer.

Good morning, ladies and gentlemen. Welcome to the trading update for financial year 2019 for Benchmark Holdings plc. As noted, my name is Peter George, and I am currently acting as Executive Chairman for the Group. I'm in Manchester, but joining me on the call from London today is Mark Plampin, Group CFO, who will speak to the financial year '19 results; and Septima Maguire. Septima is our new CFO, recruited from Dechra, and Septima officially takes up the role of CFO on the week of -- 20th of December. And she'll speak the forward-looking statements.
