We're a SaaS software company, specifically focused in oil and gas midstream space. We built an integrity management, cloud-based application. Today, we have 15 customers, roughly over 180,000 miles under subscription. No debt, cash on hand at $4.7 million. You see that there's a significant insider ownership, so we're very much aligned to investors.
