Thank you, Rikard. Good morning, dear BTS investors. I would say, for the second quarter, BTSers were unhappy with our results for the second quarter and, at the same time, as I think you know about us, we never waste a down market. So while we're unhappy with our second quarter results, I think we're making really strong progress in our internal initiatives, and Philios and I are going to share a bit of both of those with you now.
