All right. Thank you very much, Jakob. Welcome as well from my side. Good morning to all of you. I would like to go through our regular agenda. As you are well aware, I would like to start with an executive summary, providing you all a market update, lead them through a financial update by Frank, then going to give you more insight about our strategic and performance improvement, Shift Gear, program updates before we're heading to the outlook and finishing as usual with the Q&A.
