Thank you, everyone, for joining this quarterly -- yeah, this Q3 audiocast for Prosafe SE. On the call today, you have myself, Reese McNeel, the Interim CEO and CFO. We also have on the call today, Glenn Rødland, our Chairman; and Bård Haugan, our Group Finance Director.

Yeah. Good morning, everybody, and welcome to this audio call. I will just give a short introduction before we start the formal presentation of the third quarter. So yesterday, we announced that we raised NOK350 million at NOK60, probably a surprise to many of you that company decided to do another capital raise after we raised capital in May.
