Thank you for joining us on short notice. As you've seen, this morning we announced the proposed acquisition of Expanse. Joining us today to discuss the transaction are Nikesh Arora, Chairman and CEO of Palo Alto Networks, and Lee Klarich, Chief Product Officer.

Please note that we are still in a quiet period and will be recording our fiscal quarter results on Monday, November 16. We will not be commenting on our fiscal first quarter results or our fiscal second quarter guidance during today's call.
