Good morning, ladies and gentlemen. Welcome also from my side to our full year 2019 results presentation. Today's presentation is hosted by our CEO, Max Conze; and our CFO, Rainer Beaujean. As you know, we had a corona case in our ProSiebenSat. 1 Düsseldorf office and the care of our employees is priority #1. All are well, operations of business continue with no disruption. However, in accordance with company policies, we ordered those who are in the exposure chain to stay at home. This is was the case for some of management, including Max and Rainer.
