Good morning. And thank you for joining this call for the PointsBet Holdings Limited Q3 FY 2020 business update and activities report. This is Sam Swanell, CEO, and I'm joined on the call today by our CFO, Andrew Mellor; and General Counsel, Andrew Hensher.
This morning, I'd like to walk you through the Q3 FY '20 trading performance for the Australian and U.S. businesses, and then provide some commentary on the current COVID-19 situation. I will then hand over to Andrew Mellor to talk through the Appendix 4C quarterly cash flow update released to the ASX this morning.
