Good afternoon, and welcome to the 2022 Annual Stockholders' Meeting of ShiftPixy. My name is Scott Absher, and I am Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer of the company, and I will be chairing today's meeting. We're excited to be hosting our virtual meeting, which will allow us to be more inclusive, and reach a greater number of our stockholders.
We have stockholders attending via the web portal and the 800 number that we provided. And as is our custom, we will include an opportunity for stockholders to ask questions regarding the various proposals up for vote at today's meeting, and you may submit your questions or comments through the web portal at any time beginning now.
Though we may not be able to answer every question, we will do our best to provide a response to as many as possible, and we'll do our best to address any unanswered questions on our corporate website shortly after the meeting.
