Thank you very much. This is PG calling from Gothenburg and Fredrik Sjudin on the side. We have a beautiful day in Gothenburg today. All Sunny, not always like this does -- but today. Well, I will start with the presentation and we will do the presentation on the full year Q4. Please change slide.
We will start with two summary slides. This is the summary of what has been happening in Gothenburg, and we have it all in the presentation. I'll go into all of these a little bit further, but there's been a strong net letting. We have strengthened our future earnings capacity. We have a high occupancy rate in our projects and the Board of Directors propose a dividend SEK2.20. We'll come into all of this in a bit later in the presentation. Next slide, please.
And this will also be in the presentation. So I will just give you the first numbers here. We have an increase in rental income and also an increase in property management. And of course, all of this just because we are in growing all the time. So that will do give
