All right. We're going to get started with our last and final health care services panel of the conference. We've saved the best for last. We're delighted to have with us the Pennant Group. Pennant is a brand-new company on -- this is your first investor conference, right? That you're presenting at. So first of all, thank you very much for coming to our conference. Delighted to have you here. Here from the company, we have Danny Walker, Danny is the CEO; Jen Freeman, who's the Chief Financial Officer; and Derek Bunker, who's the Chief Investment Officer.
