Hello, and thank you for joining today. I'm Laurel Sayer, President and CEO of Perpetua Resources. Before we jump in, I want to take a minute and acknowledge our new name Perpetua Resources to those that knew as, as Midas Gold. We hope you like our new name, which we believe better reflects our vision and values.
Our vision is to develop and operate one of the highest grade open-pit gold mines in the US; provide the country with a source of critical mineral, antimony, and restore an abandoned brownfield site. The name was also a nod to Idaho state motto, esto perpetua, meaning let it be perpetua in reference to Idaho's great resources.
As we enter our next chapter, it is time to have a name that better reflects our future. I'll quickly point out our disclaimers on the next slide.
