Thank you. Good afternoon, everybody, and thank you for joining our full Year 2020 financial results conference call. I am Alessandra Cozzani, the group's CFO, and with me today, there are Mr. Patrizio Bertelli, our CEO and Founder of the Company; Mr. Mazzi, our Chairman; and Mr. Lorenzo Bertelli, Head of Marketing and CSR.
