Thanks, Eric. And I should thank the fellow panelists here for indulging Eric and I for sort of squeezing me in here at the last minute. I'll try to keep this short, so they don't take up too much of your time. And I should warn everybody in the audience. This is the first time I presented in public since COVID, so I hope I could still do this without my sweatpants on.
I'm going to go through the slides here quickly. A quick snapshot, first of all, just give a little introduction to the company and then we'll get into the deal that Eric discussed. You can see here, we've got about 129 million shares out of 150 million fully diluted. Our market cap, thanks to the tail end of that chart, is now down around CAD9 million.
At March of this year, we had about $2.1 million in the treasury. That's obviously changed in the last couple of days. Barrick is one of our largest shareholders at just under 10%, Strategic Metals owns about 16%, and insiders are about 6% of the company.
