Good afternoon. Welcome to the company's Annual General Meeting of Shareholders for 2023. We are conducting today's meeting as a virtual meeting. Our meeting will consist of a brief agenda of formal items, including the setting of the number of directors for the ensuing year; the election of directors; the appointment of our auditor; and the advisory resolution on the company's approach to executive compensation.
