Good afternoon, ladies and gentlemen. It's my pleasure to welcome you to the meeting to wrap up the financial results of PZU for 2020 and in particular, for Q4 of last year. As has been the case up until now, today's meeting will follow the classic path of discussing the main topics that we dealt with in Q4. I'll talk a little bit about business development. I'll sum up the financial results. And we'll say a few words about our accomplishments, how we delivered on the promises, the obligations that we had mentioned with respect to the group strategy in 2017 - 2020, and 2020 was the last year in that time span.
