Good morning, ladies and gentlemen. My name is Håkan Björklund. I'm the Chair of the Supervisory Board of QIAGEN N.V., and I would like to welcome all of you who are present here in Venlo and also the people who are on the web. It's my pleasure to hereby officially open this Annual General Meeting of Shareholders of QIAGEN N.V.
Before we start with the formalities, I'm pleased to introduce the people sitting next to me. First, we have Peer Schatz who is the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of QIAGEN. Furthermore, we have Roland Sackers who is also Managing Director and our Chief Financial Officer.
We would like to introduce my fellow Supervisory Board member who is here with us today, Dr. Metin Colpan.
