Mark, I guess just kicking it off maybe on a macro standpoint. Can you just talk about your radiologist and whether or not they're affiliated with local hospitals. And maybe taking it a step further, how are they -- or are they impacted by some of the events that we're seeing within the regulatory in D.C.
Sure, sure. So we have 2 types of radiology models. One is what we call a friendly PC model, and the other is through third-party relationship. In both instances, we contract with these radiologists through management service agreements. The states in which we operate has the prohibition of the Corporate Practice of Medicine doctrine, which prohibits us from hiring these radiologists directly as employees of RadNet and then billing
