Thank you, and good morning, everyone. I'd like to welcome all of you to the 2022 Annual Meeting of Shareholders of Schnitzer Steel Industries. I'm Tamara Lundgren, Chairman, President, and CEO. On behalf of the Board of Directors, the officers, and the employees of the company, I want to thank you for your interest in the company and your support. We are pleased to be able to host our meeting virtually, which allows us to be more inclusive and reach a greater number of our shareholders via the web portal. As is our custom, we will conduct the business portion of our meeting first and answer questions at the end of the meeting.
