Ladies and gentlemen, thank you for standing by, and welcome to the Red Flow Limited Annual General Meeting for 2020. I will now hand the conference over to your first speaker for today, Chairman Brett Johnson. Thank you, and please go ahead.
Thank you very much. Good morning. My name is Brett Johnson. I'm the Chair of RedFlow. Due to the current COVID-19 pandemic, we believe that it is prudent to take a conservative approach and hold a virtual annual general meeting this year. As such, I'm very pleased to welcome RedFlow shareholders to our first virtual AGM.
