Full Year 2023 Retail Food Group Ltd Earnings Call Transcript
Thank you and good morning, everyone. Welcome to this rather important presentation on the journey of RFG. 4.5 years of fairly heavy-duty restructuring we would like to now think has come to a bit of an end. We've got a stable balance sheet following the restructuring earlier this year.
We have stable earnings, and our franchise partners are in the best condition they've been in for a number of years. In December, as you're aware, we resolved the long-standing regulatory dispute with the ACCC, and the past is now pretty much firmly behind us.
The last stage of that turnaround journey was putting together a first-class management team. We've now done that. We've appointed, as you know, Matt Marshall as Chief Executive Officer, effective from July 1 this year, and in April we appointed Rob Shore as our Chief Financial Officer. Rob and Matt will take you through the body of the presentation.
